Dear Mr. Galen,
The following action was taken by the Southold Town
Trustees on Wednesday, July 30, 1997, at their Regular Meeting:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a
Waiver to construct a 12' X 20' addition on north west front of
existing house and a 15' X 15' patio made up of patio block set
in sand at rear of house facing water where patio door is
located.
This approval does not constitute approvals from any other
agency.

The following recommendation was made at the meeting of the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council held June 23, 1997:
WR-74
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Waiver Request of JACK DWYER 53-4-21 to construct a 12' x 20'
addition on north west front of existing house and modification of existing bay
window with a 4' x 11' foundation to a "square" to accommodate a sliding door.
