AS per our recent telephone conversation, I am in the process of filing
for DEC approval to build a single family house on each of two separate
building lots on Pipes Neck Road in Greenport. I am enclosing recent
surveys of each 10t (Tax Map ~'S 1000-53-03-02 and 1000-53-01-09)
showing proposed building envelopes which do not encroach on the
required 75' setback to water. I am therefore requesting a letter of
non-jurisdiction for each lot from the Board of Trustees so that I may
procee~with the approval process.
