Recruitment
Mr.North put up the discussion about recruitment for the working group committee Councilman Sarah Nappa talking
to talk to Dr. Carolyn Peabody did she should get some people from the previous working group that worked on the
document to become members of this group
Yale Trainin2 Pro2ram for Police
The group has recommended Scott and Councilman Sarah Nappa look into the Lt. Latham University
training and also for Citizen training for Suffolk County for police commissioners

Councilwoman Nappa reported on the membership of the working group and adding members to the group.
Mr.North made a recommendation for Town Board to consider adding members from the previous Justice Reform
working group to be part of the working group implementation.

it has been recommended to the group to table this recommendation till the next meeting so we can discuss this
further with Dr. Carolyn Peabody

For the January meeting the next recommendation for the working group will be discrimination
