The project as modified would nor cause coastal zone effects substantially different than those originally reviewed by this Deparunent. Therefore, the Deparunent has no objection.to the proposed permit modificatmn. A copy of this letter is being sent to the Corps of Engineers informing that federal agency of this determination.
