The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed your survey, dated
and received February 6, 1998, and dete£mined that your project
to construct a 900+ s.f. boathouse is out of the Wetland
jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Wetland Code.
However, this determination is not a determination from any
other agency.

Dear Mr. Krupski:
At the present time on behalf of Belvedere Property
Management, LLC we are seeking a "Determination of
durisdiction/Letter of Non-Jurisdiction" for this project.
The project consists of the construction of a r900 s.f.
Boathouse on Robins Island. The location of the proposed
Boathouse is just southwest of the landward end of the
existing dock and it shall be located ~83' landward of the
Apparent High Water Line.
For your review we have enclosed copies of the plans for
this project as prepared by James A. Thompson Architects last
dated 12/7/97. The plans include the installation of a silt
fence and hay bale barrier to be installed along the seaward
limit of the construction activity area, As always should
you or any member of the Board of Trustees have any comments
or questions pertaining to any aspect of this proposed
project please feel free to contact our office at any such
time which you find convenient.
