On or about January 22, 2003 1 attended a hearing held by the Board of Trustees to
oppose the widening of a road across the creek from my home. We were tom that this
road would disturb the wetlands which, of course, no one wants to see happen. The
widening was proposed by my neighbor who owns the land.
The following week, a poIiceman came to my house & informed me of a complaint saying
that I was building a wall alongside the creek. One week after that, a Bay Constable
came to my house & said there was another complaint. I didn't buiM the wall that is
there & it has been therefor maw, years.
I find it a strange coincidence that I am suddenly under attack. I am of the opinion that
this is nothing but spite work.

The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed your survey dated
and received in our office on May 6, 1998 regarding the
demolition of old house and rebuilding of new house in same
general perimeter as existing structure, to be out of the
Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a
permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to
call.
