Dear Mrs. Gibbons,
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Trustees on
Wednesday, December 17, 1997, at their Regular Meeting:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a
Waiver to cut and clear property of old oak trees and replace
them with other shrubs and trees and leave haybales down during
work.
However, this approval does not constitute approvals from any
other agency.
