Re: 6760 Peconic Bay Boulevard - Tax Map No. 126-I
Dear Sirs,
This letter is a request for a waiver :~Sf the permit process regarding a fence~that has
already been constructed and the extension of such fence. Enclosed are photographs, a
copy of the land survey and the $40 application fee.
The fence at issue is 2-sided. It is attached to the bulkhead located on the southerly side
of the property. The dimensions are drawn in pencil on the enclosed survey and are as
follows: existing: 90' x 18' 6" and new: t05' x 22'. In order to properly position the fence
on the property line we contracted Young & Young surveyors of Riverhead to locate and
mark the monuments on the property, including the right of way area. The stakes are still
in place.
The fence was built immediately after we took possession of the property and prior to
obtaining a permit in order to protect our two small children from failing. We now
request that a building permit be issued for the existing fence and for the extension as
noted.
Thank you, in advance, for your time and consideration.
Very truly yours,
Cc: William C. Goggins, Esq.
