The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on September 15, 1998 and determined
that your proposal to build a 12' X 16' screen & glass enclosure
over a deck, to be out of the Trustees jurisdiction under
Chapter 97 of the Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a
permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
