The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Wednesday, May 28, 1997:
RESOLVED that the Southotd Town. Board of Trustees gr~nts a
waiver to remove existing deck and replace, with approx. 20' X
20' deck with angled staSrs as per plans dated April 22, t997.
Located 3340 Park Ave., Mattituck.

Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, May 19, 1997:

approximately 20' x 20' deck with angled stairs.

deck and replace with
Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Mary Griffin. it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the application.
