The proposal includes a one story..' add/t/on of approximately 384 sq. fi. (footprint) on the northeast side of the residence and an addition to an existing wood deck of approximately 100sq. fi. on grade on the north east side of the residence. There is r~o proposed construction seaward of the existing structure. The deck shall lie w/thin sixty feet of the existing bulkhead and approximately one hundred and m,enty feet ti'om the hi~ tide mark. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a permit from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
