This property has been inspected by your board when I wrote to you regarding the proposed work, my letter Of January 10, 1997, enclosed. When the representative of the Building Department inspected the property, he determined that a permit wou be required for the chainlink fences on the site. I ha' enclosed a copy of the Housing Code Inspection Report made at the time of inspection. I am requesting permission from your board to retain Lb. chain link fences along the east and west property llne and approximately 12 feet north of the bulkhead on Grea Peconic Bay. I have enclosed a copy of the survey for your reference. These fences were constructed prior to 1991 and are designed to contain pets and grandchildren to the propeuty. Colagiuri, I am . requesting a letter of no jurisdiction from your board. The proposed work consists of removing the existing conc! block foundation that is caving in and replacing it with poured concrete foundation. The house will remain iA itt existing location and at its existing elevation. Minor changes include the removal of one of the garage doors t( the cellar and the installation of a bilco door. In support of this request, I have enclosed the followin( documents for your review: a copy of the survey a letter of authorization from the owner a photograph of the house showing the side where the garage door is to be removed and the bilco door is to be installed a copy of the tax map showing that the project is more t 100 feet from the water.
