This property has been inspected by your board when I wrote to you regarding the proposed work, my letter Of January 10, 1997, enclosed. When the representative of the Building Department inspected the property, he determined that a permit wou be required for the chainlink fences on the site. I ha' enclosed a copy of the Housing Code Inspection Report made at the time of inspection. I am requesting permission from your board to retain Lb. chain link fences along the east and west property llne and approximately 12 feet north of the bulkhead on Grea Peconic Bay. I have enclosed a copy of the survey for your reference. These fences were constructed prior to 1991 and are designed to contain pets and grandchildren to the propeuty.
