I do not belie railroad ties that se~erate m~f !a~ from the'sand ho be ~alkheading My husband who is now deceased did obtain a permit to install our dc in 1971 but am not sure if the railroad ties were installed before when, as I moved to Mattituck in 1976. If an inspector could be sent out to my property as soon as possible make a deterimination if infact I do have bulkheading and if infact is needed, it would be gratefully appreciated.
