The property directly across the street is deeded to this writer and is the residence of Mrs. Nancy Jacobs. The concern here'is the location of the wells: The Jacobs well is located on the comer of Krause Rd & Ole lule Lane. said well being approximately 30 feet deep. The location of the well on the lacobs property is the third location for water on this parcel, and therefore Mrs. Jacobs has a concern that the proximity of the water systems will have a detrimental effect on her fresh water well. Her concern mainly is that her well is currently placed in the last possible space on her parcel and any addition strains placed on an already fi.agile aquifer will cause this well to fail. Mrs. Jacobs is seeking assurance from the Board of Trustees that the placement of the fresh water and septic systems on the Andrajack parcel wilt not have a negative effect on the existing her existing wall.
