The permit was issued to the Estate of Joan CacciOla. Subsequent to the construction of the bulkhead a second tier retainer wall along with grass plantings was constructed on the property with the intent of stabilizing the bluff. A copy of a recent (10/11/95) survey is attached. All of this work was done prior to us taking ownership to the property on May 15, 1996 (see attached "Statement of Closing Title). To our knowledge the construction of the bulkhead meets all board of trustee requirements including a minimum 20 foot non turf area landward of the bulkhead, backfilled with sand. The construction also complies with regulations of all other agencies that may have jurisdiction including NYSDEC and the Suffolk County Board of Health.
