As I recently attempted to explain to the Board, our original appiicaticn contained a typographical error in the project description. The application should have stated that the applicant was seeking tc install a 6'x 40' float, not a 6'x 20' float. In fact, the plans which had accompanied the application had noted a 8'x 40' float. As you know I was in attendance at the July Trustee meeting to answer any questions the Board might have had. At that time, the application project description was not read into the record and there was no questions from the Board or public. At this time: we are respectfully requesting to modify the permit to allow for the 8'x 40' float. Although, due to prior commitments, I was unable to discuss the matter, but I will be in attendance at the September meeting. In the mean time, should you or any member of the Board have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our office at your convenience.
