The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of
Trustees meeting on November 18, 1997:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees approve the
request for a Waiver for an enclosed porch onto an existing
house.
However, this does not constitute approval from any other
agencies.

Please be advised that I represent Philip Phoel, Jr. who is
selling property on the Suffolk County Tax Map designated
District 1000, Section 115, Block 11, Lot 19. This is bulk-
headed property.
I am enclosing herwith a survey dated August 1, 1997 which
was prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Crepezzi who were the
purchasers. Please note that the survey shows an enclosed
porch. I have applied for a building permit and Certificate
of Occupancy for the porch but was informed that I need a
letter of Non-jurisdiction as soon as possible.
I am enclosing herewith my attorney's check in the sLLm of
$40.00.
