The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated
and received in our office on August 31, 1998 and determined
that your proposal to renovate the existing house with additions
on second floor and a roof deck, to be out of the Trustee
Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town Code.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a
permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.

Enclosed please find two site plans for the property referenced above. The proposed
renovation to the existing house is the addition of two dormers on the second floor and
a roof deck. The existing wood dock on the property has a permit which was issued to
Jeanne Fenkl in 1988.
The proposed renovation is greater than 75 feet from the edge of wetlands; we are
therefore requesting a Letter of Non-Jurisdiction from the Board of Trustees.
