Also to construct a 4' X 30' catwalk, 4' X t0' ramp and a 4' X 16' float as per plan dated March 25, 1997 with the condition that there be no more than 20' of turf from house to water and no regarding from end of 20' turf to water. Selective trimming for view is O.K., and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered s determination made for any other Depar~_ment or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar pro~ect. Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
