This approval does not constitute approvals from any other
agency.

Dear Mr. Segrete,
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on May 26, 1994 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, DOMINICK L, SEGRETE applied to the Southold Town
Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland
Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated Apr. 26,
1994,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on April 26, 1994 at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this.application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of' the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
DOMINICK L. SEGRETE to construct a 3' X 28' deck wrapped
around to a 4' X 9' deck, a 3' X 8' ramp to a 6' X 20' float
attached to existing bulkhead, as per drawing. Located 4270
Wunneweta Road, Cutchogue.
Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees
must be paid, if applic~ble~ and permit issued within six
months of the date of this notification. Two inspections are
required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of
said project.

RECOMMENDATION OF WETLAND APPLICATIONS

RESOLVED to rec6mmend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the
Wetland Application of DOMINICK L. SECRETE 111-14-22.1 for the installation of a
removable floating platform tied to the existing bulkhead structure as per submitted
drawings.
