Mr, Lrhl had kindly sent us a copy ofhis construction plans, but did not include a copy of the site plan. I would respectfully ask the Board that, if Mr. Uhl's application includes the addition:of any wells or cesspools ~o the property, the final decision on this matter be delayed umil my attorneys have had a chance to. review the survey. I do NOT wish to cause Mr. Uhl any lengthy or unnecessary delay; however, I mus~ insist on the fight to pror~ct our property from anything that would affect its' future value as a buildable waterfront tot.
