It is anticipated that the implementation of the project as proposed will have little or no envi-
ronmental impact other than possible interference with and ameligration of unusual and harm-
ful or destructive stoi-~-t~ and hiEh tide events. The proposed rock Ivvetment is more than 30
feet horizontally and more than two feet vertically removed from the ordinary high water
mark.

Construct new rock revetment approximately 130 feet !oag and approximately 15 feet wide.
Add additional stones behind approximately 60 feet of exisling ro~k revetment so that resulting
revetment approximates the width and height of the new revetmeilt. Place approximately 300
cu. yds. of fill in eroded area of the bluff face to restore the previously existing shape of the
face; plant filled area with "Cape" American beachgrdss or other s~uitable vegetation.

The following recommendation was made at the March 2% 1997 meeting of the
Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council:

Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Wetland Application of GREGORY POULOS 15-3-3 to construct rock
revetment approximately 130 feet long and approximately 15 feet wide; add
additional stones behind approximately 60 feet of existing rock revetment so
that resulting revetment approximates the width and height of the new
revetments; place approximately 300 c.y. 'of fill in eroded are of the bluff
face to restore the previously existing shape of the face; plant filled area
with "Cape" American beachgrass or other suitable vegetation.
