Dear Mr. Krupski:
At the present time, we are seeking a determination of
jurisdiction for this project. The project consists of the
construction of a single family dwelling, associated sanitary
system, driveway, garage, deck, patio, pool, drywell for pool
backwash and to regrade sections of the proposed building
envelope. Ail construction shall take place greater than
i00' landward of both the Mean High Water Line and the
Coastal Erosion Hazard Area. A continuous line of staked hay
bales (+160') shall be installed prior to commencement of
construction activities and maintained throughout
construction. Ail work shall be in accordance with the
enclosed surveys prepared by Chandler, Palmer & King last
dated 1/24/97.

The following recommendation was made at the March 2% 1997 meeting of the
Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council:
