Dear Mr. Krupski:
At the present time, we are writing you on behalf of the
above noted property owner. We are seeking to obtain a
determination of jurisdiction for this project. The project
consists of the construction of an addition and decking onto
an existing single family dwel!ing~
For the Board's review, we have enclosed copies of the
survey of the property as prepared by Chandler, Palmer & King
last dated 11/3/98. We have also included a copy of a
section of the N.Y.S.D.E.C. Freshwater Wetlands Map (2 of 39)
on which we have noted the location of the site.
As always, upon the Board's review of the enclosed,
please feel free to contact our office should any comments or
questions arise.
