Dear Mr. Just:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees at the regular meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 1998:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees Grants an
amendment to Permit 94716 to relocate proposed pool, terracing,
pool equipment, stone retaining wall and pool backwash to the
eastern side of the subject property. The pool backwash shall be
located greater than 100' from the limits of the freshwater
wetlands and the rest of the project is greater than 75' from
the limits of the freshwater wetlands. Subject to the applicant
adhering to any and all conditions that the DEC imposes on the
the property that is in the Trustees jurisdiction.
This does not constitute approval from any other agencies.

Regulations of the State of New York (6NYCRR, Part 622).
