Box 1179 Southold, New York 11971 , Subject: Permit ~r28412 - 1135 North Sea Ddve, Orient New York 631-298-1986 Fax 631-298-2651 Dear Mr. Boufis: On July 14th 2003 I conducted an inspection of the deck installed along the rear side of 1135 North Sea Ddve in Odent New York. Inspection of the underlying structure found it have a ledger board installed and the ledger board was found to be secured to the building wall and underlying dm joist with lag bolts. Overall the deck was found to be built in accordance with the New York State Building Code. Inspection also found a sliding door to be installed in the building wall at the deck. Inspection found a header to be installed above the door. The builder indicated that he installed a double 2x10 header over the door opening. Based on this information and observations at the site, the door is installed in accordance with the New York State Building Code.
