New York 11971 SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL The following recommendation was made at the March 2~, ~997 meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council: A-93 Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Melvyn Morris. it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the amend permit request of VINCENT ANNABEL 137-3-6 to move dock to middle of property. Private Road off Stillwater Avenue. Cutchogue The CAC recommends disapproval because it feels that the any change in a structure issued a permit in 1983 should require a new permit. The CAC would approve the action if it was submitted as a Wetland Application.
