Dear Mr. Lieberman:~~~
Pursuant to our telephone conversation today, I would like to
reiterate that this office does not have an application before them
for work on the Fakaris property.
Please be advised that I have reviewed your letter of August 3,
1986 and, I believe that the problem with the run off is a Building
Department matter. I am, therefore, forwarding a copy of this letter
to Mr. Lessard, Executive Administrator, Building Department for his
pursual.

Bay Constable has made an inspection of the site and
determined the construction areas are not in Trustee
jurisdiction.
