These bulkheads have been in existence since before i93t~ The jetty was built prior to 1950. Enclosed is a check in the amount of $100o00 to cover the fee. Also enclosed are app!~cation~ general datas partial map of GBEHOA, pre 1931 advertisement of Gardiners Bay Estate showing old photographs, present day photographs~ notarized signature statement and two affidavits from neighbors.
