Trustees meeting on October. 21, 1998:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Waiver to install a fence around property.
However, this does not constitute approval from any other
agencies.

At the meeting of the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council held
Monday, October 19, 1998, the following recommendation was made:.

The CAC TABLED the Waiver Request of ROBERT BRUCE 3[[-1'9 to install
a fence around property.

The. CAC tabled the application because the type of fence was not indicated
and the location of the fence in relation to the wetlands was not indicated.
