I have decided to further improve my property by adding a glass and screen enclosed Patio enclosure. The enclosure will measure 15'x18' as per the enclosed diagram. It will be for seasonal use and will not have any plumbing. Please issue me a new Waiver to allow me to add this enclosure. I have enclosed a check for $40.00, a copy of the latest survey of my property, a plot diagram showing the new deck and proposed Patio enclosure, a sketch of the Patio room, and a copy of the letter granting me the original waiver. SPA[IR 31-?-72 to enlarge an existing deck to measure 27' x 15' with a ¥ return around the side of the house. The new deck will measure 27' X 15' with a 4' return around the side of the house. The deck will be wood, supported by 6 cement block pilings (as with the existing deck), 3' high and 6' apart.
