The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated and received in our office on September 3, 1998 and determined that your proposal to renovate the existing house with additions and pool, as depicted in the survey, to be out of the Trustees jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Wetland Code. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a permit from this office. As this work would thus occur beyond the jurisdiction of the Southold Trustees pursuant to Southold Town Code Chapter 37 and Chapter 97, respectively, I respectfully request that you issue a letter of non-jurisdiction for the project. For your reference, I have attached photographs of the property and existing dwelling.
