As discussed, also enclosed is a current survey of the property clearly showing the wetlands boundary and the proposed project. As you will see, at the indicated scale of 1" = 50' all proposed structures are well beyond 75' from the nearest wetlands boundary~. At this time we request that that your office issue us a current letter of No Jurisdiction in anticipation of our undertaking the prop~)sed building project.
