New York 11971 SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL At the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council meeting held Friday, December 13, 1996 the-fo!lowing recommendation was made: No. 1 Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Scott Hilary, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the Wetland Application of JAMES GRACE SR. 26-2-6 to remove house from each of the two adjoining properties; join properties; build one house. Needs approval for building envelope. The CAC disapproves the application as submitted but would recommend approval provided the new structure is no closer to the high water mark than the closer of the existing structures.
