This letter is in response to your notice of incomplete application dated 21 October 1997. I
wish to inform you that Mr. & Mrs. Piekarski, the contract vendees for property known as
905 Private Road 1, Orient, have decided to discontinue their pursuit of permits for this
property at this time. Therefore, we would like to withdraw the current application without
prejudice, and by copy of this letter are requesting that the other involved agencies do the
same.

purchase the property from Mr. Edson, who have developed their own plan which differs
somewhat from that which was previously deemed beyond your jurisdiction.
We believe the project still lies beyond routine Trustees jurisdiction, and ask that an
