New York 11971 SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COI3~CIL The following recommendation was adopted at the meeting of the Southold Town- Conservation Advisory Council held Monday, September 22, 1997~. A-115 Moved by Scott Hilary, seconded by Kenneth Meskill, it was RESOVLED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees DISAPPROVAL of the Amendment to Permit request of GEORGE JOHNSON 78-2-33 to rebuJJd and reinstall catwalk (u? x 20'); ramp (3' x 1¥); float (6' x 20'); float (u? x 5'); and two 8" x 25' piles. 15~0 Glenn Road, Southold The project should require a Wetland Permit. The CAC cannot recommend an amendment to a Grandfather Permit issued back in 1986. The applicant does not need a permit to rebuild but instead to build. Should the Trustees agree with the CAC and require the applicant to obtain a Wetland Permit, the CAC would recommend approval of the permit.
