The Southold Town Board of Trustees reViewed the survey dated
and received in our office on October 5, 1998 and determined
that your proposal to construct a single family dwelling with
private well and on site sewage disposal system, to be out of
the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction.
However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line requires a
permit from this office.
This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
