The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting
held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Wetland Permit#4758 from Peter Foster to PGA Capital LLC, as issued on
June 30, 1997.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

the Town of Southold, application dot.ed June 11, 1997, and,

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on June 25, 1997, at which, time all

WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and.
