The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of
Trustees on Wednesday, May 28, 1997:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to construct a split rail fence along both sides of her
property' starting at the landward side of the reeds.

Dear Board of Trustees:
I would like to request a waiver for installation of a split rail fence on my property which is waterfront.
I would like the fence to have its starting point where the grass meets the reeds. I would guess there is
approximately 10' of reeds going towards the water.
I have enclosed a check in the mount of $40.00 and a copy of the survey. The location of the fence is
highlighted.
