At an hourly rate of $65.00 the estimate cost for this project is $325. I have contacted the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). The NYSDEC has scheduled a field inspection for March 7, 1996. I will coordinate my field inspection and flagging with their staff.
