The Council tabled the application because the application is incomplete. What is needed is a proper survey which would provide the property owner lot lines and measurements. Survey should also show existing conditions and elevations. No plans were submitted for the dock and no indications of the pilings and the CAC cannot make a recommendation without the information. Applicant needs to provide details of the dredge spoils which should include the contour elevation of the spoils.
