Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 31 st day of March, 2006 as Map#11370 Abstract#15719, said lot is bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Stanley Road distant 240.72 feet northerly from the extreme northerly end
of an arc of a curve connecting the southerly side of Stanley Road with the westerly side of Fawn Lane; said point also
being where the division line between Lot Nos.5 and 6 on the above mentioned map intersects the southerly side of
Stanley Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 67 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West along the said division line 293.25 feet to land (now
or formerly)of Cooper;
THENCE North 22 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West along said land 136.12 feet to the division line of Lot Nos.4 and
5 on the above mentioned map;
THENCE North 55 degrees 26 minutes 32 seconds East along last mentioned division line 202.04 feet to the southerly
side of Stanley Road;
THENCE along the southerly side of Stanley Road the following 2 courses and distances:
1. along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 287.00 feet and a length of 173.07 feet to a point;
