RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend that the Building Department issue a Certificate of Occupancy for Building number eight (8). This parcel is located on Youngs Avenue at Southold. Parking stops will be installed for Buildings 8,9 and 10 when the top coat of asphalt is applied.
