The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove the problematic tree that is located near the water on your property which tree is within 100' of the wetlands, as reviewed and seen by Trustee President Glenn Goldsmith. The Board of Trustees determined that this tree may be removed, as well as the one dying tree just east of it. No permit will be required in order to perform this work. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency.
