Also enclosed is Building Permit #17278Z which covers the deek and the aeeessory shed. A Certificate of Occupancy is still required for the Accessory Shed. Please call this office and arrange for inspection for the shed, and also for a final inspection for the addition under Building Permit #13991-Z. Building Permit #13991-Z has expired. The last inspection done was on July 21, 1988. At that time, CO was denied as a smoke detector is required. You are in violation on the Southold Town Code.
