Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 13, 1996 as Amended Map No. 257A, together
with a 5% interest in the common elements of the Condominium described in the Declaration of
Condominium recorded in Liber 11894 Page 534.
Together with the rights of ingress and egress over Calebs Way to the nearest public road.

SAID premises being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated December 16, 2016 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
