C.=F, DI JAN 2023 Boaajof Cantrell, Elizabeth From: Cantrell, Elizabeth Sent: Wednesday,January 18, 2023 9:56 AM To: jjpatanjo@gmail.com'; DiSalvo, Diane Subject: RE: Heus Revocable Trust- 615 South Drive- Mattituck Good Morning Jeff, Regarding the above referenced property a detailed revised project description with dimensions for each proposed or existing to remain structure is needed. I cannot tell by what you sent if the project would be considered a Demolition per Town Building Dept. Code (project meets Town Code definition of demolition) so if it is, please add that into the description. Regarding the site plan and building/construction plans, they all need to be certified by the architect/engineer. Will they need a new sanitary system due to this addition? If yes, that needs to be applied for and depicted on the plans. Site plan needs distances to the lot lines and top of bluff, construction plans require existing/proposed elevations with heights, interior existing/proposed need to have a legend depicting what walls/windows/doors are staying/going, walls relocated/removed,etc. For example, currently there is a seaward side deck which is to be made into living space. You cannot tell that by the first floor plans submitted, nothing is described as what is new/existing to remain/etc. Basically what you submit to the Building Dept. needs to be submitted to this office. The office will need one complete set to scale and three sets(if possible) 11"x17", all certified, dated, etc. This information must be submitted no later than next Thursday,January 26th in order to be considered for the February agenda. Given the noticing deadlines, there is no room for a submission extension on the required documents.
