Norris: This will acknowledge receipt of your application for a new building permit to replace expired permit. Since the time of issuance of this expired permit there have been some .changes in the fee schedule and additional code requirements that will have to be met, which you are now sub- ject to. Fees now for additions include the total area of build- ing construction. This also includes a cellar. The plans you submitted originally did not include a foundation plan, struct- ural details were not included; i.e.,size,span and spacing of rafters, ceiling joists and fl6or joists. We also have Energy Code requirements which include insulation of floors, walls and ceilings, windows and exterior doors~and fireplaces require out- side air supply.
