SCTW1# 1000-106-6- 27.1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town ofSouthold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program /LVVRP\ Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LVVRP Consistency/\o/ eearn 'nt Form submitted tothis department, as well as the records available to rne, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is INCONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is INCONSISTENT with the LVVRP. 1' The natural feature is not identified. The need for retaining walls indicates development near slope. 2. The setback to the top of the natural feature is not shown correctly. It is shown to the high-water mark. 3' A Wetland Permit issued in 2008 approved '^a|| as depicted" on the p{an' The hot tub deck stair, and deck in their current configuration were not shown on the plan at that time and are inconsistent with Policy 8.3. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
