THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2023-73 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
JANUARY 3, 2023:
WHEREAS,the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD has made application to the Town Board of the Town
of Southold to dedicate a certain road in Southold,New York, known as YENNECOTT DRIVE,
TUTHILL ROAD and LONG CREEK DRIVE, all, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land any
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, designated on a certain map entitled"Map of
Yennecott Park, situate at Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,New York" surveyed by
Van Tuyl & Son, Greenport,New York,May 1, 1968, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on the 0 day of October, 1968, as Map#5187
WHEREAS,the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected said highway and
has advised the Town Board that he inspected said highway and has advised the Town Board that
he determines and orders that said highways shall be laid out in the Town; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that in accordance with Section 171 of the Highway Law of the State of New York,
consent be and same is given to the Superintendent of Highways to make an order laying out the
aforesaid highways, to consist of lands described in said application as shown on certain maps
attached to said application; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forthwith
cause the dedication,release, and deed to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk,New York.

CREEK DRIVE do hereby release and dedicate,to the Town of Southold all the land heretofore
owned by us within said proposed highway as follows:

situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
